Before we move into an evening of music, movement, and celebration, join us for an uplifting, interactive workshop for mothers and daughters, a space for connection, exploration, and the healing power of being truly seen.
Together we will honor the magic and wisdom of the mother–daughter bond, the way it can be deeply loving, deeply tender, and sometimes deeply complicated. We will gently name the challenges that can arise when we share a gendered experience, yet stand in different seasons of life, different expectations, and different stories about what it means to be mothered and mothering. Whether you are a young woman attending with your mom, or two adult women sharing this journey, you will find something meaningful here.
Through guided reflection, partner exercises, and practices of appreciation and repair, you will be invited to reconnect with what is true, what is beautiful, and what is possible between you. You will leave with practical tools and renewed warmth for the relationship you are growing.
