I Believe in Us: The Superhero Toolbox

If you’re a parent, grandparent, or caregiver who wants to help a child build confidence, navigate big feelings, and speak more kindly to themselves — this experience was created for you.

I Believe in Us: The Superhero Toolbox is a guided, hands-on workshop where children and the adults who love them create side by side. Together, you’ll build a simple, tangible set of tools a child can return to when they need courage, calm, or reassurance.

This is not about fixing behavior or teaching “positive thinking.”
It’s about helping children recognize their inner strengths — and giving adults a shared language they can use in everyday moments: before school, during challenges, and when emotions run high.

There’s no pressure to perform and no expectation for children to do anything “right.” Each child leaves with tools that feel meaningful to them, while adults gain practical ways to support confidence that feel natural and sustainable.

You’ll walk away with:

A meaningful shared experience with a child you care for Practical tools that support emotional confidence.
Language you can use at home or in daily routines
A simple way to reinforce self-belief without lectures or power struggles

Because confidence isn’t built in one conversation — it’s built through moments you return to together.

Each participating child will receive all materials needed to create their Superhero Power Pack, including:
